Radhika is a versatile designer with a passion for creating meaningful and fun experiences through her work. She earned an M.F.A. in Design and Technology from Parsons School of Design in NYC, where she explored the potential of games as a powerful medium for learning. Her career reflects a strong commitment to youth-focused projects at Scholastic, Global Kids, Institute of Play, and the Mozilla Foundation. As founding staff at the Institute of Play, Radhika made significant contributions towards the launch of Quest to Learn, an innovative public school in NYC, where she skillfully crafted game-based curricula and engaging learning experiences. Her role at Global Kids involved co-leading the after-school gaming program, Playing for Keeps, which aimed to educate and inspire young minds through game design. More recently, she has extended her impact by developing design curricula aligned with the International Baccalaureate (IB) Middle Years Program. Radhika's belief in the transformative power of design continues to be the driving force behind her work.
